Pray For California To Purge The Evil In Their Midst: Gavin Newsom

Gavin Newsom is a dangerous man. He is a dangerous man in charge of America’s most populous state.

Gavin Newsom is a Marxist, i.e. socialist, communist, Democrat.

Gavin Newsom’s leadership ability is nil. He has no common sense, fiscal sense, no concern about California’s citizens.

Gavin Newsom’s greed, corruption, and thirst for power are boundless.

Newsom’s destructive policies have literally created a socialist state in the classic sense. On one end is a large number of people living in abject poverty. On the other is Hollywood celebrities and other elitists. The state still has a middle class but they are fleeing to other states (pray they leave their uninformed political choices with them!).

The lackluster governor has declared CA a “sanctuary state,” banned ICE from removing illegal felons (which hurts Hispanic communities the most), oppressed people with severe lockdown orders—the list is endless. Each of these actions have one thing in common—they dismiss Constitutional protections guaranteed to the citizens of the state of California.

Recall Gavin Newsom 2020

With the continuing lockdown tyranny, convicted criminals released from prison, deteriorating school system, growing homelessness crisis (while state taxpayers foot the bill); not to mention burning buildings, violent riots, vicious domestic terrorists, defunding the police, upending the American way of life—Californians have had enough.

Seems the policies of the dangerous man sitting in the governor’s mansion are not popular with the majority of citizens.

Petitions to recall Gavin Newsom are approved for circulation. This thing is happening.

Pray For California’s Success In Purging The Evil From Their Midst

Pray for California’s success in “purging the evil from their midst,” that is, in recalling Gavin Newsom before he totally destroys California.

The phrase “you shall purge the evil from your midst” is found in Deuteronomy 9 times (13:5; 17:7, 12; 19:19; 21:21; 22:21-22, 24; 24:7). In context it is found in reference to idolatry, murder, lying, rebellious children, sexual sins, and stealing. “Purging the evil” served one purpose—“so you may remain in the land.” The land represented one prong of the three-pronged blessing of God’s covenant with Israel, the other two being descendants and God Himself.

Newsom and other state officials have offended, violated, and mistreated the citizens of California. These elected officials have broken the oaths they swore to uphold. They have kept neither California state laws, nor the United States of America Constitutional and federal laws. Yet the well-coiffed governor and his cabal collect plenty of money from the citizens and the federal government.

Gavin Newsom has sinned against California’s citizens, the state, and God.

Prayer

Almighty God,

“Your throne is established from of old; you are from everlasting” (Psalm 93:2).

“O LORD, the God of vengeance, O God of vengeance, let your glorious justice shine forth! Arise, O judge of the earth. Give the proud what they deserve. How long, O LORD? How long will the wicked be allowed to gloat? How long will they speak with arrogance? How long will these evil people boast? They crush your people, LORD, hurting those you claim as your own. They kill widows and foreigners and murder orphans” (Psalm 94:1-6, NLT).

Father, no person should have to live in a state with such an impotent, yet tyrannical, governor as Gavin Newsom. Oh Lord, You see. You see all that Newsom does. You see his greed, lust for power, and idolatry of self and government. You see the evil that he perpetuates upon the citizens of California.

Government officials are supposed to be a terror to bad conduct, such as the actions of domestic terrorists, not a terror to good conduct (Roman 13:3). But Gavin Newsom has totally turned this simple principle on its head—Newsom is a terror to good conduct while he allows anarchy in the streets with no consequences to the anarchists! Lord, such grave injustice shouldn’t be so. Purge the evil from among us!

As a citizen of the United States, I thank You that the citizens of California are standing up to this abhorrent person pretending to govern the state of California.

I thank You that Californians are standing up for their rights as American citizens.

I thank You that they are standing up to the evil of satan.

I thank You that they are pushing back against domestic terrorism, their donors, and those, like Gavin Newsom, who allow it.

I thank You Lord God and praise You for bringing this about. Embolden these true American heroes and patriots! America has fought many wars to protect other countries from the threat of marxism and communism. Now, the same war is being fought in our own country. Embolden California’s great patriot warriors to stand strong as more and more join their movement to eradicate Marxist ideology from their state government. 

Please God, I pray for this petition’s overwhelming success. I pray that the petition’s signatures will far exceed the 2 million needed. I pray that an unprecedented number of Californians will have their eyes opened to the dangerous man that sits in the governor’s seat. And I pray that with this realization, the petition will receive a massive number of signatures, bypassing anything that we can ask or imagine.

Oh Lord, we plead with You in this matter. The outright corruption, dismantling of order, cowardice, and offending lies cannot continue.

We ask that You answer these prayers. Send a message to American Democrats and their fringe groups that You hear the prayers of Your people. And moreover, You shall purge the evil from our midst.

I believe by faith that You shall purge this dangerous man from the state government of California. I believe it is already done. And Jesus said, “if you believe that you have received what you ask for in prayer, it will be yours” (Mark 11:24).

You know that by law, after the petition’s success, Newsom can’t be officially ousted until 2021. So until then, please protect the people of California, watch over them, keep them safe from domestic terrorists and other criminals running rampant in the streets, courtesy of Gavin Newsom. And if it is Your will, put it in Newsom’s heart to resign from office as the flood of signatures whirl around him.

Heavenly Father, we thank You in advance. We thank you so much for moving the hearts of millions upon millions of Californians to stand up for their rights and to think about their future, as well as the future of their children and grandchildren. We thank You for purging the evil in California.

And God, please remember the rest of the country as well. Satan has been active. But Jesus has already bruised his head (Genesis 3:15). Strengthen us and bolster our courage so that we never, ever fear stomping on a dead snake’s head. The devil, nor his demons, can hurt us.

This graphic of “California” inside the burning fire was done in 2019 amid California’s devastating wildfires. Leftist “environmental” polices and regulations were directly responsible for the fires because they did not allow forest rangers to do what they do best.

In 2020, California finds itself in the flames once again. Not wildfires, but fires deliberately set by terrorists, in order to intimidate and cause fear. And again, lefist policies are directly responsible for the fires.

California is a beautiful, iconic state. But Gavin Newsom has turned it into a third world hellhole.

Pray for California. They deserve better.

Why Should All Americans Pray For California? “They” Voted For Newsom!

California’s citizens are in an existential crisis. Our humanity and Christ-likeness demand that we pray for our fellow Christians and for non-believers as well.

Because California receives so much federal assistance, the ill-run state adversely affects everyone in the United States. Newsom’s horrific polices are driving more and more people into poverty. California has thousands of homeless people—and it’s not because of the weather(!). Newsom announced that CA will give free healthcare to all illegal aliens.  All this while the state is bankrupt(?). All of this affects how much welfare, Medicaid, federal human resource assistance, etc. have to be given to California. This reprobate governor affects every American.

Following are the first paragraphs of the America Greatness article Why A Newsom Recall Could Succeed. (Don’t be discouraged by the first paragraph.)

There isn’t a political professional to be found in California who believes the current attempt to recall Governor Gavin Newsom will succeed. With petitions approved for circulation and a deadline of November 17, recall campaign volunteers are trying to defy the momentum of history.

To recall a sitting governor in California today, based on the voter turnout in the November 2018 state election, proponents need to turn in 2 million signed petitions in order to yield, after verification of signatures, addresses, registration status, eliminating duplicates, etc., a net total of 1,495,709 validated petitions. Without millions to pay professional signature gatherers, this is considered impossible.

Except it’s not impossible. Not with the power of the internet and social media. Skeptics should consider only two factors: Are there more than 2 million California voters who would sign a recall petition? The answer to that question, undoubtedly, is yes. The second question is more to the point: Can the recall campaign find 2 million voters in California willing and able to sign a recall petition?

To this second question, the professionals would have an immediate and unequivocal answer. No. But they are mistaken. In today’s fraught political environment, in this season of heightened political awareness, in this digital era, Gavin Newsom is one viral video away from seeing his name on a recall ballot, in a special election to be held in early 2021.
