Praise You Lord God!
May the whole earth declare Your praise (Psalms 47:7)!
Heavenly Father, look upon our nation.
Bless our nation.
Intervene in our nation’s circumstances.
Deliver us from evil. Neutralize and subdue the spiritual forces inciting deception and evil of every kind. You are the Almighty. Based on Your Word, we have full assurance that You can, and shall, rid our nation of such grotesque and demonic activity.
We ask You to oppose, disrupt, and defeat the human devils of this age; the physical minions who idolize the spiritual forces of evil.
Oh God, curse those who curse Your people (Genesis 12:3)!
Lord, humbly we come before the court of heaven (Daniel 7:10), before You, the One and Only Judge. Before You we bring complaints against the felons and traitors and demons who are intentionally destroying our nation and with it the entire world. Does their sin know any limit? Oh God, You alone know.
Why, Sovereign Lord, why do the people rage (Psalm 2:1)? “Y?” Read between the “Y’s”.

So many!
The demons are too numerous to mention. But You Lord, You know all of them by name. You know their hearts and You see their works. By words and actions, they show their unbridled self-absorption, hatred, and deception, evil in its purest form. Their consciences are seared (1 Timothy 4:2). They are completely controlled by the father of lies and unashamedly obedient in doing the work of satan. The devil “is the commander of the powers in the unseen world. He is the spirit at work in the hearts of those who refuse to obey God” (Ephesians 2:2, NLT).
Father, in the Name of Jesus Christ, we resist these demons. We resist them! We resist all of satan’s minions. We see what they are! We know what they are! Jesus said, “by their fruits you will know them” (Matthew 7:16). A bad tree produces bad fruit (Matthew 7:18).
Almighty God, before Your Court in the heavenly realm, we bring charges against the minions of satan for their massive thievery, massive murders, massive destruction, and massive deceptions. They do these things on earth with no authority to do any of them. We see it and are disgusted by it, yet we leave room for Your wrath, Father, for it is written: “Vengeance is Mine; I will repay, says the Lord” (Romans 12:19).
Holy God, as we stand before You, in the authority of Jesus Christ, believing we have power through Jesus Christ to deal with spiritual realities, we ask to see all that would stir up strife and conflict to be neutralized and subdued. Revoke all demonic claims over our nation and culture. May Your divine claims be rightly established throughout our land.
Before You Father we rejoice because our “Redeemer is strong; the LORD Almighty is His name” (Jeremiah 50:34). Our faith is in Him alone. “My eye also has seen my desire on my enemies” (Psalm 92:11a), for I walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). Likewise, “my ears hear my desire on the wicked Who rise up against me” (Psalm 92:11b), because My Lord “delights in truth in the inward being, and teaches me wisdom in the secret heart” (Psalm 51:6).
“O LORD, Your hand is lifted up, but they do not see it. Let them see Your zeal for Your people, and be ashamed. Let the fire for Your adversaries consume them” (Isaiah 26:11).
“Let all sinners vanish from the face of the earth; let the wicked disappear forever. Let all that I am praise the LORD. Praise the LORD” (Psalm 104:35).
Jesus, You have commanded, “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you” (Matthew 5:44). In obedience to You, we lift up these armies of satan, enemies of goodness, innocence, and humanity. Only by Your grace at work within us are we able to lift them up in prayer. We ask You to renew their minds, their seared consciences, their desire for every kind of evil. As unreasoning beasts, they are unable to be content unto themselves. Instead, they want to destroy the lives of all people. Give them grace and compassion for others. Pour Your Spirit upon them that they may receive a touch from heaven and repent of their vileness and hatred.
Lord God, You are merciful and good. Your blessings fall on the evil and the good, the just and the unjust (Matthew 5:45). You understand it is difficult for us to pray for such vile people; people who could not care less how much suffering, destruction, and death they cause for other people. Like Jonah, we want to sit back and watch Your judgment on them (Jonah 4:5). Yet You are the Good Shepherd and the staff of Your Word guides us to understand Your heart:
Behold, these are the wicked;
always at ease, they increase in riches
All in vain have I kept my heart clean
and washed my hands in innocence.
For all the day long I have been stricken
and rebuked every morning.
If I had said, “I will speak thus,”
I would have betrayed the generation of your children.
But when I thought how to understand this,
it seemed to me a wearisome task,
until I went into the sanctuary of God;
then I discerned their end.
Psalm 73:12-17
Father, You do not desire that anyone perish. Not even these wicked enemies of Your people. You know their end. By Your grace we discern it, and hear Your call to intercede for the lost and perishing. Pour Your Spirit on these people. Send Him crashing down. Touch their hearts. Move their wills. Give them compassion for other people. Oh God, You alone can do this.
Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice;
let the sea roar, and all that fills it;
let the field exult, and everything in it!
Then shall all the trees of the forest sing for joy
before the LORD, for He comes,
for He comes to judge the earth.
He will judge the world in righteousness,
and the peoples in His faithfulness.
Psalm 96:11-13
